If there is one guy who needs to be perma-banned from eBay its the winner of the 2010 Kevin Burge Award for Advancements in Douchebaggery, Ufjumper7. This winner in life has already been banned from eBay under his original name, which has required a switch to “corbinxz.” These exploits were covered frequently on SCU and had spurned a number of crusades from victims and readers to get him kicked off again. Well, it looks like Corbinxz was tired of the press and the problems, because he has switched again.
The new name looks to be under “Gearscore” which has already been used to sell a few fakes and a bunch of Magic booster packs. Corbinxz has been eerily dormant for the last 90 days, which in turn has cleared out the completed auctions that displayed the criminal and obvious fakes he always loved to sell. I have gotten quite a few emails about the switch and the evidence looks to be piling up.

When will ufjumper7 quit? I reported him to ebay under the names ufjumper7 and corbinxz. It is only fitting that he finds a new username to scam people with. Fake patches are too much of a epidemic in the hobby and they will keep being one as long as idiot buyers continue to buy. If the fake patches were not profitable, they wouldn’t be sold.
You would think after all these years both companies would add some type of gadget to stop these idiots from making profits. Maybe put a code on the back of the card so you can go online and verify that patch is indeed intended for that card.
I still think adding a small picture of the front of the card to the back of the card would fix this whole situation. That way you could see exactly what the card is supposed to look like.
